JOHN PAUL HOUCK, 73, of Milton, died April 16,2015, in Cabell Huntington Hosptial. He was the husband of Donna Jean Houck, 67, who died April 18 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. John retired from West Virginia Steel and Donna was a former in-home caregiver. Funeral services will be conducted at noon on Friday at Chapman's Mortuary in Huntington.
