JAMES I. "JIM" WILLIAMS of Canal Winchester, husband of Phyllis Williams, died December 12, 2002 at home. He was a retired senior master sergeant in the U.S. Air Force. Also surviving are three daughters, Becky Williams, Tracy Williams and Sandy Williams, all of Columbus; one brother, Jack Williams of Columbus; and two sisters, Barbara Nelson of Florida and Louise Williams of West Virginia
