DELORES JUNE WHITE-HOLLEY, of Huntington, W.Va., died on June 10, 2009. She was born February 10, 1940, in Huntington, W.Va., to the late Dallas Keith and Helen Marie White. She was preceded in death by one brother, Johnny White, two sisters, Sybil Walton and Barbara Bohan, and her first grandchild, Robby Perry. She was also preceded in death by a special step-daughter, Sabrina Holley Cline. Delores is survived by her beloved husband, Ernest Kelva Holley of Huntington, W.Va; one brother, Donald White and wife Peggy of The Villages, Fla.; two sisters, Joanne Johnson and husband Jack of Largo, Fla., and Jean Spurlock and husband Verlin of Huntington. She is also survived by two sons, Eric Allen Rutherford of Virginia Beach, Va., and Billy Ray Gray of Barboursville, W.Va.; two daughters, Laura Ann Wagner and husband Mike of Huntington, and Suzanne Kay Rutherford of Barboursville. Additional survivors include a special step-son, Tony Holley and wife Shelley of Huntington; step-son, Ernie Ray Holley of Glenwood, W.Va., and a step-daughter, Stephanie Holley Cremeans and husband Wesley of Glenwood. Other survivors include her three beloved grandchildren, Dustin Kent Mitchell of Barboursville, Amanda Rutherford Mershon and husband Andrew of Huntington and Jordan Ray Rutherford of Barboursville. She is also survived by her only great-grandchild, Haylie Grace Mershon, and a special sister-in-law, Barbara White of Mentor on the Lake, Ohio. Delores was a nurse's aide and home health care aide for many years. She was loved by her patients for her wonderful sense of humor and her sense of compassion. Delores was also a homemaker, and she spent many hours at various yard sales, finding special treasures for her beautiful home. She also enjoyed rock-n-roll music, crossword puzzles and was an amazing chess player. She loved animals and derived much comfort from her beloved dog, Mickey.
