THOMAS F. SPOHN, 71, of West Jefferson, Ohio, passed away May 11, 2013 in his residence.He was born May 11, 1941 in Zanesville, Ohio, the son of the late Carl and Natalie Spohn. Tom retired from General Motors and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion. Tom was an avid golfer and a fan of the Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Reds, and the Ohio State Buckeyes. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn, whom he married July 24, 1964; four children, George E. (Gus) Spohn, Toby G. Spohn, Thomas L. Spohn, and Chelcie Spohn, and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Karlene Blankenship.
