WILLIAM O. (BILL) SMELSER died on January 10, 2001 in Columbus, Ohio. He was manager of the Mulberry Apartments. Bill is survived by his wife, Barbara Parker Smelser; three daughters, Laura Pauley of Teays Valley, WV, Kim Lane of Cool Ridge, WV, and Kristie Combs of MacArthur, OH; and three grandchildren. Bill was a proud member of the Huntington High School band.
