GEORGE N. HODGE, 71, of Cape Coral, Fla., formerly of Huntington, W.Va., passed away April 21, 2013, in Cape Coral Hospital. He was born on Dec. 10, 1941, in Huntington, a son of N. F. and Asma Bassett Hodge. He was employed at Huntington Alloys. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Wanda J. Thompson Hodge; his daughters, Sheri Beneke and Kim (David) George of Milton, W.Va.; two grandchildren, Blake Beneke and Alec George; his brother John (Phyllis) Hodge; brother-in-law, Joe Peck; nephew, Joseph Peck; and many special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Peck.
