David Clifford Arthur, 82, of Huntington, husband of Mary Pennington Arthur, died Jan. 24 in St. Mary's Medical Center. He was a retired welder-blacksmith with Special Metals. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Jan. 27 at the Reger Funeral Chapel, Huntington. Burial will follow in Docks Creek Cemetery, Kenova. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Jan. 26 at the funeral home.
